I think that communication via the internet is a complete must and needs to be an every day use such as e-mail as it makes life so much easier as there is always a way around a problem due to being able to communicate with others. This is such an easy way round as you can share anything such as website addresses, videos, pictures and more which is also all free of charge to share with others. E-mail is also extremely good for work between groups or other peers as you can share work between others by sending it through a e-mail.
